Hub of Hope is a UK-wide mental health service database. Search for local, national, peer, community, charity, private and NHS mental health support.
Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide (SOBS) offer UK peer-led support to adults impacted by suicide loss. Call for support 0300 111 5065, the Support Line is open everyday 9am-7pm, and there is also support over email and in a forum.

Switchboard is the national LGBTQIA+ support line in the UK. Contact them over phone on 0800 0119100 every day from 10am to 10pm, email or instant message at switchboard.lgbt. They can discuss anything related to sexuality and gender identity. Whether it’s sexual health, relationships or just the way you’re feeling.
Mindline Trans+ is a confidential emotional, mental health support helpline and signposting service for people who identify as Trans, A Gender, Gender Fluid, Non-binary. They also offer support to friends and family. Open every Friday from 8pm-11pm. Call on 0300 330 5468
MindOut is a mental health service run by and for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, and queer (LGBTQ) people. They offer online support live chat, visit mindout.org.uk
Gendered Intelligence delivers a range of services, projects and activities to trans, non-binary, and gender questioning people, including a monthly support group and support line for adults waiting for gender-affirmative healthcare. Galop provides advocacy and casework support for LGBT+ people who have experience abuse and violence. Contact the National Helpline for LGBT+ Victims and Survivors of Abuse and Violence on 0800 999 5428 or email help@galop.org.uk.

Scotland
Scottish LGBT+ helpline by LGBT Health and Wellbeing. They provide emotional support and information to the entire diversity of the LGBTQ+ community across Scotland. Call 0800 464 7000 - available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays (12-9pm) Sundays (1-6pm). Also see their other community services and support.
Scottish Action for Mental Health offers mental health support and advice in Scotland. Help is available from the local and the other organisations listed.
LGBT Youth Scotland offer support for trans youth in Scotland between the ages of 13-25. You can access emotional support, resources, guidance and information. Contact info@lgbtyouth.org.uk for more information.
Northern Ireland
Lifeline is the crisis response helpline in Northern Ireland, call 0808 808 8000. See Helplines NI for more dedicated helplines on various issues.

The Rainbow Project provides free counselling services to LGBTQ+ people in Northern Ireland.
Transgender NI is a human rights and community organisation for trans and gender diverse people in Northern Ireland.
Wales
Umbrella Cymru is a gender and sexual diversity charity providing a range of support, signposting, advocacy, information and other services to people in Wales.

INQUEST is a charity which supports bereaved families and friends after deaths involving the state, and has resources available for any family facing an inquest. Their caseworkers and staff are trans inclusive and they have worked with a number of families of trans and non-binary people. AMPARO provides emotional and support for anyone affected by suicide.
Bereavement Advice Centre supports and advises people on what they need to do after a death, particularly the practical matters.
Child Bereavement UK is a charity which helps families to rebuild their lives when a child grieves or when a child dies. We support children and young people (up to the age of 25) when someone important to them has died.
Child Death Helpline is a charity offering support to bereaved parents. They offer a freephone service for all those affected by the death of a child. Call 0800 282 986 at specified times, every day of the year.
CRUSE Bereavement Support offers support, information and campaigning for bereaved people.
The Coroners' Courts Support Service is an independent voluntary organisation whose trained volunteers offer emotional support and practical help to bereaved families, witnesses and others attending an Inquest at a Coroner’s Court.

The Compassionate Friends is the UK’s only national charity providing peer support to bereaved parents, adult siblings and grandparents who have experienced the death of a child, sibling or grandchild. Call the helpline on 0345 123 2304 or contact helpline@tcf.org.uk.
The Good Grief Trust exists to help all those affected by grief in the UK and lists a wide variety of other local and national bereavement support services from around the UK. Search for support here.
